Please inform us through e-mail (settlement@chinasec.com.hk) and attach the supporting documents. (Bank-in slip/ online transfer confirmation/ cheque copy etc.) Client must state The Account Name and the Account Number in the email.
** Any instruction received after cutoff time 3:00p.m. will be handled on the next trading day. For half-day trading days, the cutoff time is 11:00a.m.
Withdrawal
Client can inform us by contacting our Settlement Department (+852 2505 1198 )
/ sending the withdrawal form to settlement@chinasec.com.hk.
** Cutoff Time: 11:00 a.m. of each trading day. Any instruction received after cutoff time will be handled on the next trading day.
